Founded by Serena, also known as Serenity, Heart Tribez grew from a lifelong calling to bring people together. Across different traditions and ways of learning, one intention remained: to unite through unconditional love.

TANZANIA: LOVE INTO ACTION

No child should lose their life because a treatable condition goes unseen. Where a child is born should not decide whether they get the chance to grow.

Children with weakened immune systems can face life-threatening infections before anyone discovers what is wrong. This injustice calls us to act—with open hearts and practical help.

Heart Tribez is committed to putting love into action: helping bring the gift of AI and automation to communities where early testing is hardest to reach.

Our proposed collaboration with Africa’s Child Health Initiative begins in Tanzania. The aim is to support local doctors and nurses with new screening tools, helping identify children with immune conditions and sickle cell disease sooner—and connect them with further testing and essential care.
